Magic Tapping with Brad Yates

EFT and Brad Yates

I am a big fan of Brad Yates’ intuitive improvised EFT and it has played a great role in my life as I clear blocks that come up for me while manifesting my dreams. I find his style especially warm and delightful and have never finished a tapping sequence led by him feeling anything less than magnificent!

Magic Tapping

My children know EFT as “magic tapping” and we all use it to magic tap through those daily emotional challenges. It doesn’t deny the feelings, but it does help them move through instead of getting stuck. Emotion does mean Energy in Motion to me, but it’s taken years to grasp that concept. I really think about how lucky they are to have tools like this from the beginning of their lives so that an emotional trauma is fleeting and doesn’t have to become part of their Story.

Inspiring Teachers

After posting the Abraham-Hicks audio, I thought about what it takes for me to be the Mama who “gets over it really fast” and I realised that when I’m parenting the way I want to be, it’s usually with Brad’s help. Brad and tapping help me move out of the state where I know I’m creating a future I won’t enjoy when I get there (including the power struggles in the moment) and once I’ve shifted, Abraham-Hicks take me the next stage to really focus on the future I know I’ll LOVE when I get there. Writing this, I realise that I’ll be having more posts coming up soon about some of the other wonderful teachers who have inspired me to be the best version of myself I can be, for myself and as a model to my children.

EFT for Kids

But, for today, I want to share this video where Brad and his young assistant show your child the tapping points and lead them through a short tapping sequence. Let me know how you get on with it by leaving me a comment:

Brad adds this note:

Parents: At the beginning of these videos for kids, I include an admonition that kids get your permission first. Please don’t worry, it is highly unlikely that your children will have anything but a positive experience from tapping. But in order to make this service available to the public in this format, I do need to ask folks to take full responsibility for their own well-being if they choose to use this resource. With kids, I need to ask you – the parents – to take that responsibility. Thank you.

  1. Thank you, thank you for this wonderful video.
I have a happy self-confident child soon to be a teen-ager., and I think this beautiful video will help him be happier, and be healthier and prepared for when those ups and downs come during the teen years.
